The Giro Neo MIPS forms the foundation of Giro's helmet line and has become a classic. Neo has a lightweight in-mold construction and In Form Fit system with vertical adjustment. The temperature in the helmet is regulated with Thermostat Control, an adjustable ventilation mechanism, and Stack valve to minimize fogging on the goggles. The helmet is equipped with MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) to increase safety during rotational movements that may occur in a crash.

Lightweight construction: Neo has an in-mold construction that combines a tough polycarbonate outer shell with the helmet's shock-absorbing foam inner shell. This construction enables a lighter helmet with efficient channels for ventilation.

In Form 2 Fit System: This system is lighter and lower than the original and provides an individual fit that can be adjusted with high precision, even with gloves on. The further developed vertical adjustment function On-The-Fly makes it possible to adapt the helmet to varying head shapes and accommodates the majority of goggles without leaving a gap.
