Inspired by the demands of big wall climbing, the Borealis Jacket is our lightest softshell that combines wind resistance, high breathability and a small pack size. The perfect climber, it is as at home on a windy rock as it is high up on the climbing wall.

The Borealis jacket is made of light and stretchy Matrix fabric that provides full freedom of movement. Designed for use on long, multi-ton routes where the weather can vary, UPF 50+ provides protection from the sun, while features such as a YKK front zip with chin guard and half cuff zip offer adaptability and protection from the wind as conditions vary. The two YKK® zippers, mesh-lined Napoleon chest pockets provide access to the essentials when wearing a harness.
