The Rab Expedition 8000 Down Mitt is an extremely warm expedition mitt designed for some of the world's coldest and most demanding environments. It is built for 8000-meter peaks, polar expeditions, and other situations where maximum warmth, low weight, and reliable protection are crucial. The mitt combines 850FP European goose down on the back of the hand and thumb with double layers of PrimaLoft® Gold insulation in the palm, providing high warmth even where grip and durability are most needed. The weather-resistant outer fabric in Pertex® Quantum Pro, reinforcements in exposed areas, and a grippy leather palm make it well-suited for working with ropes, ice axes, and expedition equipment.
