The Fällkniven S1 is a robust and versatile outdoor knife developed after many years of research and testing with the goal of creating one of the world's most reliable knives for hunting, fishing, and outdoor use. Its straight and well-balanced design provides excellent control, making the knife easy to handle for everything from precision work to more demanding tasks in nature.

The blade is made of laminated VG7 steel, a corrosion-resistant special steel that, through an advanced hardening process, combines very high strength with long-lasting sharpness. The convex grind makes the edge both strong and effective, while also making the knife relatively easy to carve with.

The handle is made of Thermorun, a grippy and durable material that provides a secure hold even when hands are wet or cold. The broad full tang contributes to high stability and durability, making the knife a reliable tool in demanding environments.

The S1 comes with a choice of Zytel or leather sheath. The Zytel sheath features a practical two-way locking mechanism that makes the knife easy to handle with one hand while keeping it securely in place. The open leather sheath is made of strong black leather with double spacers for extra durability.
