A technical mid-layer for year-round mountaineering, which also works perfectly for general outdoor activities, from hiking to ski touring. We use a unique bonded fabric as the main material. The Octa lining provides excellent insulation with low weight and effective moisture permeability, and the outer material warm2 provides good warmth, durability and wind resistance while wicking away moisture.
warm2 is a 100% recycled fine knit polyester that is super soft, wind resistant and has a fluorocarbon free DWR treatment for added protection. The lining is a lightweight multi-channel Octa construction that is very open and allows for a continuous release of body heat to keep you comfortable during all activities. To optimize airflow, a stretchy, recycled polyester material that provides excellent moisture permeability and breathability has been placed at the back and under the arms.
Key features include a hood that can be worn with a beanie, elastic band around the face, a chest pocket, two hand pockets and cuffs with thumbholes. The jacket has a technical fit with a Y-cut and pre-bent arms that provide good freedom of movement when climbing. The extended bottom edge at the back provides extra protection. Seamless shoulders prevent chafing when carrying a backpack.
