The Black Diamond Liquid Point Shell carries all the features you expect from a GORE-TEX hardshell. Liquid Point's lightweight material has minimal bulk soot protection against unexpected alpine storms and has zippered hand pockets for storing small items and cold hands. The adjustable hood slides cleanly over a climbing helmet, and two-way zippered underarm vents allow for quick temperature regulation on stormy, high-output days. The drawstring hem and custom-molded cuff flaps seal out encroaching moisture and cold wind when conditions turn bad.
