Gränsfors Mill Hunter's Axe

Gränsfors Jägaren's ax is a special ax for hunters. It is good for chopping wood and meat. The ax has a rounded "skin neck", which can be used to knock away the skin when skinning an animal carcass. (An ax with a normal straight neck with slightly sharper edges can easily damage the hide). The lower part of the handle has circular grooves to provide a good grip even when the hands are wet or dirty. The ax is delivered with an edge guard. Gränsfors Bruk's Jägaren's ax has been awarded the Excellent Swedish Form award.
