The design of this beautiful hunting knife follows the basic principles of Swedish minimalism – it should be simple, stylish and functional.

To that we add a really good edge steel, our laminated cobalt steel, among the best we can offer. If you are tired of knives that become dull as soon as they sense the proximity of a moose or wild boar, the SK2 Embla is one of the best and nicest options we can offer. Of course the edge is convex, the sharpest/strongest edge construction we know of and also the oldest in human history. For the shaft material, we have chosen desert ironwood, an extremely hard and compact type of wood, so heavy that it does not float. You take care of it with furniture polish, log oil or other liquids that contain thinner and linseed oil. Should the knife become dull, use a DC4 combination edge. A black, low-hanging leather sheath shelters the knife when not in use.
