Terms of purchase

ORDER/PURCHASE

When you have finished shopping, press "Checkout" at the top right corner of the webshop.

There you fill in your information (Name, telephone, delivery address, etc.)

The prices include VAT at 25%. The exceptions are books where VAT is 12% and food 6%.

You must be 18 years of age to order.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS

Orders placed before 12.00 is sent the same day with DB Schenker. Normal delivery time is 2-4 working days.

Products over 150 cm cannot be picked up at the delivery point, the delivery takes place to your home address.

Bicycles are delivered with Bus goods and always have a delivery cost of SEK 800

Shipping cost is SEK 80. For purchases over SEK 799, shipping is free.

Open purchase and right of exchange for 14 days from when you received your item.

If a delivery delay occurs for any reason, we will contact you. Of course, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of extensive delivery delays.

We charge SEK 300 for goods not collected.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment is made with Shopify Payments.

Prices for all products are stated in SEK (Swedish kronor)

The sum is charged to your payment card in connection with the order being delivered to you.

Invoice
We cooperate with Klarna for payment via invoice.
The invoice will be sent to your specified e-mail address. The invoice will be sent as soon as your order has been completed. When you fill in your delivery address details, this must match your civil registry address. Delivery can only be made to your registered address.

You can also choose to pay your invoice purchase in installments.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have full right of return and exchange within 14 days from the time you collected your package, provided that you have not used the item, not opened a package and that all possible tags remain and that it is returned in undamaged condition.

When returning or exchanging goods, you pay the return shipping costs yourself and cannot therefore return the goods against cash on delivery.

If you choose to use the enclosed return slip, we will charge a fee of SEK 80.

COMPLAINT / RETURN

All packages that leave us are inspected & insured.
If the package is damaged when you receive it, report it immediately at the location, i.e. at your delivery point. If you have opened the package and discover damage, contact us immediately, within 3 days.

When handling complaints, the Consumer Purchase Act is applied. To read about which rules apply within the framework of this law, go to: www.konsumentverket.se .

When returning or exchanging goods, you pay the return shipping costs yourself, and thus cannot return the goods against cash on delivery.

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, the customer is entitled to a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

 

OTHER

All goods remain the property of Äventyrsbutiken Hägglund until full payment has been received by the company.

All attempts at fraud are reported to the police. Áventyrsbutiken Hägglunds reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

Áventyrsbutiken Hägglunds reserves the right for possible final sales of products that run out/are out of stock, in these cases we will contact you.

Áventyrsbutiken Hägglunds reserves itself for possible "printing errors" of product texts and prices on this website.

Adventure store Hägglunds applies Force majeure.
