The Völkl Blaze 94 (24/25) is a versatile freeride ski that delivers stability, agility and control in all snow conditions. With a waist width of 94 mm, it is perfect for handling everything from hard-packed snow to deeper powder. Its low weight, only 1,566 g (@179 cm), makes the ski easy to use and ideal for skiers looking for flexibility in varying terrain.
The Blaze 94 is built with a Hybrid Multilayer Woodcore, combining poplar and beech wood for stability and lightness, while CNC-milled Isocore areas add liveliness and responsiveness. The Full Sidewall construction provides direct power transfer, and a 0.3mm titanium binding platform under the binding provides durable attachment and extra stability. Elastic TPU in the tip and tail, called Suspension Tips & Tails, acts as a shock absorber and improves both stability and floatation.
The ski is equipped with 3D.Glass, which means a multi-layered fiberglass structure that improves edge grip and provides an increased rebound effect. Thanks to the 3D Radius Sidecut, the ski handles different turn radii smoothly, which provides stability and lightness in varying terrain. The Tip & Tail Rocker profile, with upturned tips and tails and a camber in the middle, makes it easy to initiate turns and maintains stability through them.
The surface consists of durable P-Tex 2100, which with its brushed structure provides optimal gliding properties and durability. A carefully ground edge grind of 2.2°/87.6° provides precise edge grip, making the Blaze 94 also an excellent choice for freeride touring.
The 3D Radius Sidecut with three different radii and a hybrid plywood core makes the Blaze 94 perfect for both fast, short turns and longer, controlled turns, providing flexibility for a variety of riding styles.
The Völkl Blaze 94 (24/25) combines technology and design to create a high-performance all-mountain freeride ski that meets the demands of ambitious skiers. With its lightness, stability and versatility, it offers a dynamic and controlled ride in all types of snow
