Heavenly Houdi is designed with two purposes in mind. The first is to create an intermediate layer with maximum breathability. The second is to combat the growing problem of microplastics. Heavenly Houdi is made of Primaloft® Gold Active+, a synthetic lining with filament fibers. This means extremely long fibers that encapsulate air and create a fluffy and warm padding. The lining is sewn into the outer material C9 Ripstop. The result is a light and warm material that breathes well, whose fibers do not release any residue when you use or wash the garment.
Heavenly Houdi is recommended for all activities in cold conditions. The impressive breathability makes it perfect for summit tours, climbing or hiking, preferably as an outer layer over an undergarment. The warm fluffy lining creates perfect insulation under a shell jacket for cold days on the ski slope. The jacket has a two-way zipper at the front, and hand pockets with zippers. The padding is water-resistant and the garment has a fluorocarbon-free, water-repellent treatment that protects you against light rain.
In short, the Heavenly Houdi is an excellent choice if you are looking for a flexible mid layer for all kinds of adventures. When the garment is completely worn out after many years of use, you can return it to Houdini for recycling. In this way, the raw material can be used to create new products.
