Mothertree 105 is the first freeride ski in the world developed from the ground up by and for female skiers. This incredibly versatile ski is ready for big mountains in Scandinavia or the Alps, and it's perfect for those who love off-piste skiing. The Mothertree 105 is flexible and playful in all snow conditions, be it pristine powder, wind-packed snow or harder ground. Its well-balanced waist measurement of 105 mm allows the ski to float smoothly in powder while maintaining stability and edge grip on the piste.
The Mothertree concept was created by ski community InspireUs to address the specific needs and wants of female skiers, in an industry that has traditionally been dominated by men and where skis have typically been developed by men for women. Instead, the Mothertree 105 is developed by female skiers, with female skiers in mind.
The key to its successful construction is the perfectly balanced balance between construction, geometry and a low weight. The ski weighs only 1,780 grams in length 172 cm. It has a core of resilient poplar and light paulownia, as well as a racing rubber damping in the tip and tail that minimizes vibrations on hard surfaces and gives the ski stability. With a progressive rocker in tip and tail, the ski becomes extremely manageable and flexible in a variety of snow conditions.
The Mothertree 105 is the ski for female freeriders looking for a partner for adventures around the skiing world, whether you are an experienced freerider, competitive skier or simply an enthusiastic skier.
